* We are committed to providing a relaxing and respectful environment for all guests and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

* Please inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or diabetes prior to receiving services.

* We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal belongings or gift cards.

* All service sales are final. While we do not offer refunds on services, we are committed to addressing any concerns regarding the quality of your service.

* Service prices are listed on our menu. Please confirm pricing and service details with your nail technician before services begin.

* We kindly ask for advance notice for appointment cancellations or changes.

* Please communicate the services you would like to receive clearly. If you have any questions or need clarification, please speak with a salon manager.

* If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify the salon manager immediately so we may have the opportunity to address and resolve the issue.

* 7-Day Service Guarantee

* We’re happy to fix any lifting, chipping, cracking, or broken nails within 7 days of your original service free of charge.

Please note:

- This policy does not apply to regular polish services.

- Color or design changes are not included.

- If you cannot return within 7 days, please give us a call and let us know.
